Lunch: 5 oz walnuts, beef jerky.

Dinner: Roast chicken, fruit, some salami, potato salad.

Breakfast: Mixed fruit, chicken salad.

Lunch: Chicken salad, 5 oz almonds.

Dinner: Delicious steak, sweet potato, cauliflower.

Breakfast: H2O w/ Lemon, coffee, smoothie
Lunch: Sweet Potato, Salad, Chicken, Olives

Dinner: Salad, Sweet Potato, Chicken, Olives (yep same as lunch)

Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, hollandaise sauce although not much but still, chard.

Lunch: Chicken salad, 1 cup fruit. Salami.

Dinner: Chicken, fruit.
