Breakfast: Chicken, fruit, coffee.

Lunch: 5 oz walnuts, beef jerky.

Dinner: Roast chicken, fruit, some salami, potato salad.

Sleep:7 hours
Notes:

This was a terrible day eating wise - normally I am at least better with the vegetables but I was traveling so much today. Also I ate potato salad which was not good. But life happens and I cross fit tomorrow!

Dinner: Turkey salad

Dinner: Delicious steak, sweet potato, cauliflower.

Notes:

Everyone around me is drinking and eating sweets after dinner! But its alright.

Felt good. Low energy due to travels and long bike ride thurs night and had to get up early today.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, hollandaise sauce although not much but still, chard.

Lunch: Chicken salad, 1 cup fruit. Salami.

Dinner: Chicken, fruit.

Notes:

Yeah this day was bad food wise - lots of snacking on fruit and chicken as we drove around Vancouver doing errands, although we did have a nice brunch which I stripped most of the less good things out. Did not drink enough water for sure. 🙁

Lunch: Chicken salad, olives, 1 cup fruit. Salami.

Dinner: Chicken, 3 oz nuts.

I don't think I ate enough today. But still feeling good!

Dinner: Grass-Fed Burger, eggs with broccoli Sweet Potato

Great. Tired start to day (long day traveling yesterday) felt better as the day went along and great by dinner time.
Made homemade Paleo bars tonight. Dates, figs, dried cherries, cacao, cacao nibs, coconut oil, almonds & shredded coconut. Put them in the fridge overnight.

Dinner: Chicken sald, some tuna salad, 3 oz nuts, 1 cup fruit.

The quality of sleep with this lifestyle is really amazing. Makes me think of the type of changes I need to make to permanently maintain it.

Feeling great. Great nights rest. busy travel day today.
